Bio Sheet As a long time collector of toy trains, Terry Gibbs started buying toy trains on eBay in 1997. Shortly thereafter he started selling trains on eBay. Within a few months after starting to sell on eBay, Gibbs began doing consignment sales, and teaching others how to sell on eBay. In 2000, he wrote a simple guide to selling on eBay. "The eBay Seller's Guide" has been continually updated and is currently available for free on the website. In 2001, Mr. Gibbs compiled all his strategies for buying old toy trains into a large package of information. Originally marketed to train collectors, "The Collector Buying Strategies" package has become a resource for all antiques and collectibles dealers. In 2002, to help his antique dealer clients, Gibbs produced "The eBay Success Video." This was the first widely distributed eBay instructional video. Over 7,000 copies of the video were sold to collectors and dealers all over the world. Gibbs's early start doing eBay consignment sales lead to the writing of the first book ever written on eBay consignment sales. Since it's release in the fall of 2002, "Start your Own eBay Consignment Business" has helped many people start eBay consignment businesses. In 2004, Terry Gibbs released his most ambitious eBay work. "The Auction Revolution" was originally conceived as an update of The eBay Success video, but became much more. "The Auction Revolution" teaches every facet of eBay selling, and then shows the reader step by step how to leverage her eBay business into a full time online profit center. The package is based on Gibbs' growing his eBay auctions into a robust online business. Gibbs is also the author of "The eBay Buyer's Guide," a free report to help people find interesting items and avoid scams on eBay.
